Very shady guy, when I ordered the car hauler I specifically said no insurance. He ran my card, I did not get any paperwork. He said a digital copy would be sent to me so I didn't see the charges. Got my invoice and the insurance was added, huge problem with Uhaul, dealers must get a huge commission for selling the policies. Called the guy he said call uhaul, I call uhaul they say he's the only one that can reverse it and do a refund. What a run a round, make sure you ask what is the total they are running though the card before you let them. Still havntgot the $57 back.

stacey sTruck smelled like vomit! Then he asked if we had a dog in there??? No I would never subject my dog to such dirt!! No insude lights in the dash or truck, oil light was on….told us to have back early…I said di we get a discount? No it’s all digital, showed up less than 24 hours got charged twice!! Scam not $25. More like $200 for less than 24 hours and 50 km.
Nitsa KThe speedometer was in miles but I am old enough to understand it. Younger people would be confused with how fast they are going
