Went to pick the items up. Women at laundry could hardly speak English. She had to call someone else who made the transactions. The trailer I rented had a hitch that was hard to manage and she didn’t know how to make it work. I tried but had to ask a stranger nearby for help. Will not use this location again. Will not recommend to anyone else
