Folks were friendly and made the process super easy!
Peter ROff hours drop off, did not interact with anyone or go into the building. The grounds were clean. There was no clearly marked place for key drop off, so I placed them in the mailbox. There should be a sign for after hours drop off keys.
Joe MEasier access. There's not much they can do about it, unless they change to a new location. It's not terrible as it is, just a little awkward compared to a big open parking lot. The u haul representative was very friendly and helpful. I will use them again.
GUY FThe location was closed when I dropped my equipment off. So I didn't deal with anybody but the location really wasn't very convenient. It looked closer on the map than it actually was. If I was in that general area I would definitely recommend it to somebody. But for someone just passing through it wasn't in a good location.
