Align with the actual price you quoted—why is there such a huge disparity between the quoted price and actual charge AFTER returning the rental. Make sure your third party dealer locations are trained. I received no walk through, no actual contract, returned with far more fuel that I was given at the onset. It’s flipping August and the AC did not work on the truck, the interior of the vehicle was filthy—sweep clean wasn’t met on the onset from the origin rental location. I only rented after my Budget rental fell through. You were not price competitive.

Lawrence KI tried to get a uhaul from this location and it wasn’t ready and/or available. The 24 hour number kept transferring me to a different office who the woman was kind enough to assist me. At drop off there was large pot holes and it was not well lite to take pictures
