I rented furniture blankets and a dolly during my reservation. When I arrived to pick up my truck both of those items were not in the truck and I had to go search for them. I found the dolly near a woodpile away from the truck and I found a large pile of loose furniture blankets strewn carelessly outside the property laying uncovered and in the dirt, all wet and damp from the last rain storm, next to the previously mentioned wood pile. When I asked the attendant I was told that I could just grab any from the pile. I think I speak for most customers when I say that a reasonable expectation for renting furniture blankets would be to receive clean and folded blankets, not damp blankets strewn in the dirt that had been rained on.

I rented the truck for 7 hours and was charged for 3 days. No one checked in my return even though I handed in the keys and asked if there was anything else I needed to do.
Nancy MStarted of rocky with Parking brake on- communication was a lil different with owner of Station- but very kind and patient. I would have appreciated a Receipt at drop off- don’t know $ total I was charged- he never checked truck- mileage- gas or condition when I dropped it off. Will use again!
Jill FI dropped the key off originally at 230pm and asked if there was anything else that needed to be done and was simply told, "no." Felt weird to just hand the keys over and walk away without signing anything or doing paperwork.
