Store was too busy and did not feel I was getting the service I should have. And he told me that he didn’t have a dolly, that I had pre ordered he had little concern and just said “go somewhere else and get it.” Also there seemed to be a language barrier.

Agent was rude Didn’t fill out paperwork correctly I believe I was overcharged Called customer service and agent transferred me to a vm that didn’t accept messages Called back and was told that someone would call me. I have been waiting two days.

SYLVESTER BManager didn’t know anything about U-Haul. Ordered furniture pads not provided, and I ended up going to 4 locations before getting them. After several moves, this was my worst U-Haul experience yet.
