When I sent a location as my pickup location, I did that for a reason and to be told the day before that it’s changing to somewhere else is fishy and not okay. To add to that, consider cleaning your trucks before you allow someone to pick up and if the truck is being dropped off late the night prior and that’s your excuse then don’t allow the truck to be rented until it’s clean. Instead I now have furniture that reaks of cat piss and that needed to be deeply cleaned.
