The attendant st this location promised to email me contract to me with the drop off location. When I got the north Carolina, there were no contract in my email. So I called the to get my contact and drop off location. The gentleman cursed me out..these were is exact words. " Reach up and pulled the contract out your fucking ass, I already sent it and I am not sending it again "

RICHARD MWhen I sent a location as my pickup location, I did that for a reason and to be told the day before that it’s changing to somewhere else is fishy and not okay. To add to that, consider cleaning your trucks before you allow someone to pick up and if the truck is being dropped off late the night prior and that’s your excuse then don’t allow the truck to be rented until it’s clean. Instead I now have furniture that reaks of cat piss and that needed to be deeply cleaned.
