One is the pickup on the app or even online it is not the easiest thing to go through and even dropping off was the same way lots of problems made it longer to try to get the things that work right picking up and dropping off then it would have if I would have just worked with an agent at the location I also make sure that the cargo area was swept all the way out there was dirt and old debris in there that I made sure the next person that gets it after me got it better than what I got it also even sprayed it with febreze because I have food in the truck and I didn't want it to smell like food I will save the truck that I did have though is going to need some windshield wipers but overall I will run again really do wish that U-Haul would sell their old trailers not just the trucks but the old trailers cuz I know I would be interested in an enclosed or even a flatbed trailer
