No one was there and the app did not work. I talked to a representative that was suppose to notate my acct that it was returned on Monday Feb 23 around 10 am. I still received a call on Wednesday Feb 25 asking about the trailer. I understand I had 5 days free but it would be nice if the receipt showed the correct date it was returned.

They was closed but return was just park and drop keys in box. So much easier
Lisa HMore difficult than it should have been. There was a note on the door that said “be back at 2:30” and it was 11:30 and had a number to call but nobody would answer when called
SUMMER TThere was no attendant at the drop location. I went to the app and uploaded spme pictures of the trailer and that was that. Quick and easy.
Thomas BLocation was closed one and a half hours before the posted close time and that cost me to be charged additional day for insurance that I didn’t need.
