The franchise should be eliminated. Small-no one on site. Had to call operator who processed over phone while standing in blazing sun in sketchy part of Houston. "Assistance" guy eventually showed up on a scooter without shirt and pants hanging down over exposed boxers. He left without speaking, returned again. Directed me (to go in wrong direction on one-way highway feeder road) me to another site a few blocks where trailer was located. First hitched car to FILTHY wrong trailer (dirty and should be removed from fleet). DO NOT USE THIS OPERATOR.
