I rented equipment that was broke and I was unable to use. Going to leave it like that , I just do not recommend this location to anyone.

CHARLES SThis comment pertains to the corporate side of my transaction. I gave my card number 3X! Online reservation followed by a call to confirm the reservation I thought I had just made with the same exact questions. Mr. Lavish was quick and easy. He confirmed the card number and I’m assuming charged me. After return U-Haul sent me a bill for exactly twice the amount of my rental of a hitch. Right down to the penny. Was all this necessary and how can you streamline your processes to eliminate and alleviate some of the stresses of moving!? Thank you to Mr. Lavish, I’m sorry I low that’s not your name but I packed your business card. Thank you for having everything I needed and for your suggestions. I will definitely use your services in the future. U-Haul… probably not.
