Ralph MI was overcharged, I even did the pre check in before getting there so nothing should of been altered except for the dolly that was not available but the uhaul guy claimed he didn’t notice I selected a dolly until after he processed everything. I ordered a dolly but one wasn’t available but I was charged $7 anyway and when u returned my vehicle I was charged for a missing dolly $120 Also I didn’t add safe way on my paperwork the worker did it and charged me an extra $15 for that I have filed a dispute and have to wait 72 business hours, I am not happy at all
