The whole rental experience this time was very bad. I made a reservation online for one location. When I went there, they told me that they don't have the truck and sent me to this location. They had a truck but charged my way more than the original reservation amount, and wouldn't listen to me at all. The truck also had only half-a-tank gas and I asked them to fill it up and give it to me (since it is a gas station) but they refused. I returned the truck with 3/4 full but got no credit.

Very friendly and humorous boss from Tunisia at this uhaul station. I really like him. I can't think of any improvable action from this uhaul other than a better rental cost, but this of cause is a matter of a corporate decision.

The guy who checked me out seemed confused and kept asking for my ID and card although I told him a few times I had already paid online. He had to click around before he finally was able to see it. Not sure if it was a detail he missed or if it really is not that evident in the system.

I took the Uhaul for 5 minutes then had major change of plans so went to return it but was still charged the full amount. i think there needs to be some logic and understanding in situations like these



This location is very reliable. However, my reservation for this rental was mishandled by the reservation center. U-Haul changed the reservation to another location and I was not advised. U-Haul also changed the pickup time without advising me. The original location had a smaller truck, and we made it work.

I rented a 10in truck for $19.95 to deliver a loveseat to my mother's after my brother didn't pick it up. I drove a total of 12 miles roundtrip. I even put $10 worth of gas in the truck because it was given to me with a little less than a half tank of gas. The gas gauge barely budged after driving 12 miles but I didn't want to risk being charged more money with a little less gas than how I received it. The gas hand was at the half mark after putting in $10 worth of gas which was more gas than when I drove the truck off the lot. I also returned the truck within 2 hrs, clean and damage free, instead of 4 hrs but was still charged $38.76 total for mileage, an environmental fee and tax. I understood the contract when I signed it but I was hoping the guy would only charge the $19.95 truck fee only given that I only went 12 miles and put gas in it. I told the guy I wouldn't rent from his business again and he said, "No problem." He statement shows how much he cares about retaining customers. Guess he's made enough money and doesn't want returning customers.

The guy that serviced me was not people friendly at all on the morning of October 2,2016 if I didn't need this Van so badly that morning he definitely wouldn't have received my business on this day. It took a lot out of me not to go to his level. First of all no Good morning from him, Second of all I asked if I could leave my car in the space where the Van was parked till I returned the Van and was told (No) but as I returned a Guy that was there in the morning at the same time I was his car was there and he was no where to be found, but I had to park three blocks from the area and had to walk back just to rent from U-Haul. He also asked what time will I be returning the Van. I asked what time will you be closing today? He respond with what time will you be returning the Van. I said if you can give me the closing time I can tell you when I can bring the Van back close to closing time. His response was (Now your going to make me have to make a decision for you, You want the Van for 24hours. I told him (NO) he then said you need to give me a time. All I needed to know what time do close. He then told me 6 but told me 4 the day I reserved the Van. I returned the Van at 5 pm and will never rent from here again till he understands to treat people with kindness that are spending their money at this location. Put a poster are some form of Memo and let people know you have to park away from the lot if you don't have another driver and you may not park your vehicle on this lot even tho your paying your money to rent.



I don't know why I can't use my gift code there when I finally returned the truck!!! as I used the gift code to book the truck!!!!!???? And the staff there was super impatient. I asked: do I need to check the car before signing the sheet. He was out of patience and answered: Be patient, Okay. Just sign it now. If you later find it's not clean, tell me and I will fix it. with a very very bad tone.
