Before my time to turn the truck in and with less than 12 miles put on the uhaul truck I was given it overheated, check engine light and I could not drive it. I had trash debris in the truck to take to dumpster. But truck was not drivable. I called the 800 number I was told to call from uhaul. They sent a tow truck to pick it up. I told them I was not done yet, there was trash in the back I was gonna take to dumpster. They picked truck up. Then billed me $250 for returning to the wrong uhaul, BUT THEY PICKED UP THE BROEKN TRUCK AND TOOK IT THERE!!!! Then they charge me $250 to unload the truck!!! If the truck was maintained and did not break within 12 miles I would of unloaded. This was a horrible experience.
