I would appreciate a response to this. When I arrived to get this trailer, there was not a rep available. A woman showed up that was on the phone talking with a man about my rental. I received a text and was required to respond with a picture of my Drivers License. I was told I would receive my agreement via email. The man on the phone asked the lady who was physically in front of me if I would be able to hook up the trailer myself. I responded that I could since there was no one else there that would do it. After I hooked the trailer to my truck, I was able to check each blinker to ensure they operated correctly. I used a bag in my truck to sit on the brake pedal to ensure the brake lights worked. I continued to my next stop to load the trailer. When I prepared to leave Bryan TX to Pensacola FL the next morning at 4:00am, it was at that point I realized the Running Lights on the trailer did not work. I had to adjust my departure time to avoid being on the interstate without lights on the trailer. When I dropped off the trailer in Pensacola, I mentioned my frustration with the rental and what occurred. The rep at the Pensacola store stated they are required to hook up the trailers to ensure everything works to avoid what I went thru. I was told by the rep I should inform Uhaul and should be compensated for having to do everything myself and the delay to the start of my trip. Again, I would like some to contact me.

The truck was half fuel and I couldn’t manage the app to make it right and dispute that the movers didn’t show up so I got the truck for nothing
Angelina SI reserved a dolly and furniture pads with my Uhaul and neither of these were included in the truck like they were supposed to. After calling customer service I was told to drive 20 minutes into Houston to another location to pick up my missing equipment. Once I got to the new location they turned me away and said they did not have any furniture pads or dolly's that they could give me. I reserved this equipment a month in advance and was sent on a pointless trip out of my way just to be denied and not get the needed equipment.
Brandon BWe dropped off on holiday so location was closed (no interaction with employees). I have no opinion on the personnel or the interior of the store. The following thoughts are based solely on the physical layout of this location. The drop-off location in Houston needs roadside signage. We drove past it and Mapquest was only way we could find it. A vinyl 4’x8’ sign tied to a handrail with vehicle parked in front of it is effectively no sign invisible. It only gets worse when the building is offset from feeder road by 100’. The only thing that stood out at this location was your competitor’s store , Enterprise Rental, which is located in same small shopping center. I am more likely to rent from the Enterprise store who have invested in their business and have a fleet of different rental options available at this location.
EDWARD BI arrived just before 9:00 am - my pickup time and their opening time. At 9:15 still no one there so I called them. He said he was off-site and walked me through the after hours pickup. After several attempts, the key was not in the box. He had me open the drop box again, after several attempts I finally got it open and the key was there. It was almost 10:00 by the time I was leaving the parking lot.
