On arrival, the truck I requested via mobile order before office hours had a flat tire, indicating that no inspection was completed prior to placing it into service. As a result, no inspection or pickup could occur. I then spent over an hour on the phone with customer service attempting to locate another mobile truck, only to be told none were available at the facility and that I would need to be redirected to a third-party location. By that point, so much time had been wasted that I might as well have waited for the store to open to address the issue in person. This delay put me over an hour behind my schedule. To make matters worse, I was charged an additional $20 for fuel because the gas gauge was slightly off from where it was when the truck was received. As a first-time user of the mobile app, I was highly disappointed with the inconvenience and inefficiency of this experience. It fell well below expectations and caused unnecessary stress and lost time. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that steps are taken to prevent similar issues for future customers. Given the lost time, inconvenience, and additional costs incurred, I respectfully request appropriate compensation such as a refund of the mobile pickup fee, reimbursement for the fuel charge, and/or a rental credit toward a future reservation. I appreciate your time and consideration and look forward to your response.

I was charged an extra 106 miles. There was an error on the company not checking mileage for previous trips. I incorrectly charged.

Susanna BUhaul is secondary business for them. They did not have the moving blankets ordered (even though we checked the previous day). They did not have anyone to help hook up the trailer OR to fix a problem with the trailer lights which did NOT work.
