The reason for the average rating because the truck I was assigned to didn’t have the key in the lock box and had to ask for help to get assigned a different truck. So was a bit of an inconvenience

Timing is off I turned vehicle back in before my reciept states so I was charged for more time.so I will not be using the online service from this point. Truck was not clean at all had no time to change it !

Nayron HGreat location, but not manned. The poor support of the online CHAT and telephone support make it doubtful that I want to trust the app again. Just too risky that you will successfully get your that I would risk it if I had a do or die move set up and a crew lined up. Give me a manned location to be secure and safe. The unmanned need much better, timely back up help on the app. The app freezing when unloading drivers license and photos of the truck is a real deal breaker on the app that stops the pickup.
