I reserved the uhaul van and furniture and utility dollies two days before. I got a call from Uhaul in the morning to tell me that the van I reserved is not available at the location and I was sent to a different one where they told me none of my reserved furniture dollies or TV packaging box was available. They said it’s first come first serve. I would say they no point having a reservation online. Also telling people on the day of their move that stuff is not available is pretty shitty.
