JUAN PI waited several minutes for someone to assist me. I was given no sufficient place to park and the communication was sub par. Difficult location to find, would not recommend at all. I was charged for after hours fee when I waited for an hour to be serviced when I chose mobile check in. Very unprofessional. The truck itself was dirty on the inside. Cup holders were broken. When shifting gears the vehicle shakes uncontrollably.
