Absolute worst experience of our life. We were given a truck that had a lock on the back of it with no code to unlock it. After driving 2 hours to pick up the furniture that we were purchasing we had to turn around and come back to exchange the truck for another one because they're lock could not be unlocked. And then they had the audacity to charge us for both trucks and the gas and mileage for both trips. I will never rent from them again.
