I parked my car in the designated lot as instructed by the worker because they closed at 4 on Saturdays. Upon returning my vehicle was blocked by other vehicles that had been returned and there was nowhere for me to leave my rental or retrieve my vehicle. I was told by a uhual rep to take the rental with me and return it the following day and I would not be charged for the extra day or miles and receive a possible discount for the inconvenience. Upon returning the lot was open but no worker could be found so I had to drop the keys off and the drop box and leave without speaking to someone. My receipt was emailed days later and I was indeed charged for the extra day and mileage and the location doesn't have a number.
