The rental location had no paperwork to show that I had ordered the truck. I used the mobile app to check out the truck, but still had to go inside to get the keys. And there's a hole in that process because that means you can't pick up a truck after hours which the app says you can do. There is a drop box to drop off the keys. But no way to pick them up if the location is closed. Also, the mobile app kept terminating, and I had to keep opening it to complete the next step. The mobile check-in process took over 15 minutes. Then I had to wait for them to figure out I could have the keys. In total, I lost 25 minutes of my time, including 10 minutes of my rental time waiting on the keys.
