my return date says a extra day when I did not have an extra day now im being charged for something that I didn’t have and it needs to be fixed immediately. I’m not paying it

Inform the customer the process of returning rental back when office is closed. I was to bring the rental back at 7:00pm. I was at the office at 6:57pm and the doors were locked, no one insight. I had no clue what to do at the time, I began to panic as I did not want to be charged for afterhours. I called the 800 hundred number and no luck. As an out of stater I was puzzled and in a stage of worry. Luckily for me another customer was returning their rental and helped me out.
