My over all experience with uhual a been horrible I made several reservations for 24 hour pick up and drop off. I was way over charged! I went to pick up my 10 ft truck that was already reserved and it wasn't there or available at all even after I talked to customer service live. After finally finding this more expensive and 15 ft truck avaliable, it was almost impossible to pick up and get the key with the online service. Then I was called after I finally was able to pick it up a few hours later by some ghetto hoodrat that was rude and demanding I give then another credit card info. After I already paid and was charged plus $100 deposit. I had the truck 1 extra day due to bad weather. And even confirmed it online. But was charged several hidden fees. The mileage on the truck was double than I actually drove. The back door would not open easily. It was really dirty and trash all in the truck that I had to clean. So for a truck thats advertised as $19.99 a day was actually over double that price plus all the gas That I filled it with... And I and still haven't got my deposit back. Plus I had to pay and extra $70 just to return it and and $89 hidden fee. Plus the $60 I paid prior. So it ended up costing more close to $300 instead of the $19.99 a day. Its false advertisement. Deceptive trade practices "... and predatory sales tactics. Also the trucks loction was way out in the middle of the ghetto. Horrible dangerous place.
