Attendant was on the phone most the time I was there, talking when I arrived and most of the time I was waiting. Pick-up time took over an hour. Had problems with the app and unable to upload photos. App did not show any error, it just kept asking for the same picture angle, over and over. Finally called support and they had to send me a special link via sms to upload photos. The truck itself smelled like a dead animal inside as soon as I opened the door. Smell was worse when AC was turned on. On my reservation, I specifically indicated that I didn’t not need tarps and dolly. The truck came with it and I got charged for just having them in the truck. The attendant didn’t help any at all and told me to call support. I was assured that I want not going be charged for the extras. When I was dropping off the truck, the charge was there and I couldn’t decline it. Since it was late, I was too tired to call support again. While phone support was ok, app wasn’t very useful, and onsite support was practically non-existent. Worse rental experience I’ve had.

My U-Haul reservation included a furniture dolly, and I paid for it during checkout. However, when I picked up the truck, the furniture dolly was not inside the vehicle. Because of this, my move became much more difficult and inconvenient. I was also expecting a refund for the missing equipment, but I still have not received one. I would appreciate it if you could review my reservation and process the refund for the furniture dolly as soon as possible.
MUSTAFA OThe empty lot next to this convenience store is filthy and smells like human excrement behind the store. Additionally, I wasted 30 minutes with the app because it kept telling me to take the pictures over and over and over. I finally called Customer Service where Stephen told me that the transaction had been closed out 30 minutes prior despite what the App was telling me. Very unhappy with using the app.
