This location operates as a Furniture Store and a U-Haul. The man that eventually acknowledged me standing there was not very receptive and customer service-oriented. When I returned the vehicle, I was charged additional fees for things I did not use. The store added extra charges because the credit card was on file and they assumed the customer would not notice those charges.
