Dropoff location while clean, was very subpar, just a strip center with a UPS/Postal type storefront that I guess also doubles as a U-Haul location. The person at the "Postal Depot" drop-off point was not personable, had very poor social skills, and actually told me I could not drop-of there, despite me telling her that that is where U-Haul centralized dispatch/customer service directed me to drop-off. After finally allowing me to drop off, I asked her if the contract was closed out, she replied it was. I then called U-Haul centralized customer service to confirm contract close-out and they said it was not. I then walked back into Postal Depot and asked the local person to confirm close-out, she then tapped a few things on her phone and few clicks on her computer then was finally closed out. I called U-Haul centralized customer service a few times to confirm some things (drop-off location, contract close-out, etc) and spoke with a different rep each time. I have to say all those experiences were very disappointing. I would characterize my drop-off representative and U-Haul central customer support dial-in interaction as, and apologies on the language but...."their give a shit factor" on a scale of 1-10 was a negative 5. U-Haul corporate should be embarrassed.
