1. they arrived to the location 30 minute later than my pickup time. They didn't have all of the items that I paid in advance to rent (furniture mover, blankets). I had NO IDEA that booking online would take me to a place that didn't have everything I ordered. I assumed I was being positioned to a real UHAUL location. Booking online should indicate that booking at this location WILL require you to go to another location to pick up items such as boxes, shrink wrap, etc. 2. although their hours of operations indicated a closed time of 5pm, the office was closed when I went to return the equipment because "the left to get something to eat" at 3:20pm. They wanted me to leave the truck, with the back unsecured (which had a dolly, furniture mover and blankets) and drop off the key. No way!!!! It's not the best part of town. The people were nice, that is about all that was positive about this experience. I will never book online again!
