They need to listen to the customer and provide customer service, the woman was on the phone speaking in another language. She was very rude and dismissive. I had done the entire reservation online. She made me go through everything again and waste my time. Everything I said she would refute. She tried to cancel everything and charge differently. When I refused she got upset! When I was able to finally finish the process, over 1 hour later she handed me the keys and did not give me any futher instructions, not even where the truck was actually located 2 streets over from the actual place. It was a horrible experience and I will NEVER go back there.

Anthony NNot allow them to do mobile check in because the location staff said they do not do mobile check ins even though it isn’t listed on the site. Because of this I was set back over three hours :/

VAN WI arrived at my pickup location on Jensen at 9:45 a.m. for a 10:00 a.m. reservation after driving from Arlington, TX to Houston. By 10:09 a.m., no one had shown up to provide the truck. I called the number listed for the location, and a woman answered, saying she was unaware of my reservation but would leave home immediately to come to her business. She mentioned it would take at least 30 minutes for her to arrive. Since I was on a tight schedule with another appointment at 10:30 a.m., I contacted U-Haul to arrange a different location. They redirected me to another site, but that location was flooded and unavailable. I called U-Haul again, and they sent me back to the Jensen location because the business owner had finally arrived. By the time I got inside, it was 11:00 a.m., and I was already late for my other appointment. The woman at the counter couldn’t locate my reservation on her computer, so I had to call U-Haul once more. They assisted her in finding the reservation so she could check me in. I finally received the truck at 11:15 a.m. This was the worst rental experience I’ve ever had. There was no punctuality or sense of urgency from the business, and the customer service was extremely poor.
