The person I dealt with did not honor what U-Haul told me. They said I could pick the truck up early. And that they would only charge me for the 24 hours that I was going to use the truck. The woman I dealt with here was harsh pretty rude. She did help me overall but basically yelled at me because I was 2 hours early for my pickup. I could not help what time I got there as I am a over-the-road truck driver. I will never be using U-Haul again in that area.
