Location and cleanness of the trucks horrible. No dolly as ordered. Truck lacks the ramp/lift. Had to lift our stuff in there! Location rescheduled 3 times to find our truck lacking any type of dusting! Sadly Uhaul has monopoly / would never use them!

Ok, I asked to drop off in Huffman not back in spring and he said ok which I'm use to dropping off in a different location.
TARA WThe location is poorly marked. The drop box was behind racks of clothes. No clear place to leave the truck. There was a person that pointed us to the drop box, but that was the limit of their knowledge and helpfulness.
