The facility was supposed to be open at 8:00 am. When I arrived at 8:05 am there was a sign posted that they would be back at 8:45. I returned at 9:00 and the clerk was having difficulty operating your our check in procedures with another customer. The process too too long and your online check in server doesn’t work either. It kept booting me out of the system without accepting my information. Additionally, when I returned the rental after hours, it would not accept my log in to return the truck online. You need to fix these problems. It’s is inexcusable that in 2020 you are still having problems with such a simple check in and check out online.

My rental reservation was for a 10 foot truck. It wasn't until I got the pick up location that I was informed that my reservation had been changed to a 15 foot truck. I am extremely upset with the change; this is not the first time UHaul has made this switch on me. I will have to review whether I rent from UHaul again or go to one of your competitors.

Jackie was completely Incompetent. I arrived at 1:30. The door was locked and said it was closed till 2. I could see some one inside. I knocked on the door. Jackie answered the door and said she was with a customer renting a storage unit. She said it will take a while I should go to another uhaul place down the street. After waiting about 15 minutes I called corporate for uhaul. Even though the phone was right next to her she didn’t answer. Corporate called 3 times she never answered. Even though she was almost done with storage customer. She took a break from customer to tell me I could go to a different location again. Once she was done with the customer and it was my turn. Jackie informed me that I could unload my trailer over there. With no help from her. I unloaded my trailer BY-MY-SELF as she started to wait on another customer. She wanted to keep my paperwork of me renting it. And she never gave me any paperwork that my trailer was returned. In my opinion Jackie is completely incompetent. I was in retail for many years. And I have never see a more incompetent employee as I have with Jackie. As much as it pissed me off to unhook and move my rented trailer. It pissed me off more to have to wait almost an 30 minutes for her to get to me and then she couldn’t even do the paperwork. Corporate had to email me a copy. And I just did all her work. Unloaded, unhooked and got paperwork emailed to me. Why the hell do you even have her there. I’m a 42 year old woman that shouldn’t have had to unload my own trailer. And your employee should have never told me to that. Luckily I was not hurt by unhooking and moving my trailer. But Uhaul should really do a better job training their employees. I’m sure that it’s probably policy for employees to unhook and move trailers. And that customers shouldn’t. Seems like a accident and lawsuit waiting to happen at this location.

I originally reserved my trailer rental at the Kingwood TX location, later was informed that they didn't have the trailer I needed but they may be able to get one in, then was notified that they couldn't and my reservation was moved to this Humble TX location. I showed up a few minutes early for my 8 a.m. pickup, at 8 a.m. someone inside the store came out and put up a sign saying they wouldn't be there until 8:15!!! I got the persons attention and told her I had a 8 a.m. pickup so she let me in. She found my reservation but there was an issue with it, she then told me the trailer they had was defective and they were having one brought in, they knew about this the day before and already had one in route, it was 8:30 before it showed up. Why, if they had to get this trailer brought in, did they not get it brought in to the Kingwood location that was closer to my house, the location I originally reserved the trailer at??? Very poor service and planning on U-haul's part, poor customer service at this location!

Very expensive, I receive the truck without the tank full of gas We have an agreement in the contract to leave in the same level that I receive and however the charge me more money for the gas, when I separate the truck online they give me one price and when I pick it up the truck I ended pay more money, however you always loose I feel U Haul take advantage of my situation, I wish I could find a different company and compare the prices... If I need to move definitely I will check other options...

The truck would not start when we got there. It made us several hours behind on the move. We had to go to a different location to pick up another truck and it was smaller. I’d like to make a complaint and speak to a manager. Please make sure trucks are serviced for pick up. Thank you

This vehicle needs ATTENTION. Breaks need replaced before it is rented again. It leaks oil bad, left a big mess in front of my business and the oil light was on for the entire time I had it. This truck is filthy dirty. Disgusting. Disappointed.

I was not shown how to use the loading ramp and the back lights of the 26 foot truck were not working. I had to drive from Houston to Dallas in the evening with no lights in the rear of the vehicle. Extremely dangerous and horrible that they were not checked by the Uhaul location before the vehicle was rented out. I turned in the truck 1 full day in advance and did not receive any credit!
