arrived and no one was there. sat outside in the heat for almost an hour talking to someone who had no idea what they were doing. then they tried charging me $200 for gas, i disputed it and it was rectified. terrible

Returned the U-Haul in time and was told I would have to pay a 30 dollar fee for late arrival. I informed them it was on time and 30 days later they charged me double that. 61 dollars was pulled from my debit card. Will never return here and I will recommend to others not to.
