The people were incredibly kind. The truck... felt like the transmission was going out. The gas cap was broken. It wouldn't screw on. It just dangled the entire trip. Have rented from uhaul many times. This truck was subpar and then some.

The clerk hadn’t been trained in the software so was a bit handicapped if anything didn’t go perfectly. He needed to call tech support. Too much automation and not enough humanity. The clerk was a nice guy though and that made the situation a whole lot better than it could have been. Automation is great when people control it vs the other way around.
