I called to get a u haul I was advised they were all reserved, so I had someone to find one for me from the same location and they were able to reserve one. Horrible experience if it wasn't for my friend I wouldn't have go it

Its at a car lot. The door was locked upon arrival. The gentleman uaed his phone to conduct my transaction while i stood at door. I was charged 15.00 for insurance i declined when i set up my reservation online.

CHARLES PI made an online reservation for 8:30 Saturday morning. Found the truck, opened the key box per instructions. NO KEY! Had to call the 24/7 number since this location doesn’t open until 9:00. The representative walked me through all 6 boxes. My key was not there. Had to wait for the one employee, who was 15 minutes late for work. You’d think that they could do this job correctly since it’s all they do. However, the employee was very nice.
