It was not clear on the website that this location was literally just an empty lot to drop off the trailer we rented. I had to call a phone number listed on a pole to figure out how to check the trailer back in. I will NOT be using this location ever again to drop-off, even if it was the closest to where I was staying. There needs to be more information on your website that this location does NOT have staff there to help you check in the rental. I dropped off during the day and I'm glad I did. I would not feel comfortable dropping anything off there after dark.

ANTHONY FBonnie at the front desk really went above and beyond to help me when I was picking up the vehicle. I arrived about 10 minutes until closing and the UHaul app wasn’t working properly. Bonnie happily helped me through the process, step-by-step, and it was after hours by the time we finished. Hopefully, UHaul can address the minor bugs in the app so that customers never have to bother the employees at the business.
