This was not the original pick up location I specified when I made the reservation. I learned that although this location does provide the auto transport accessory to tow my car with the moving truck, they can't assist the renter with attaching the auto transport. Only a full service U-Haul can do so. At no point during the reservation process was I made aware of this.

Can't think of anything to improve on. I was 45 minutes early for the truck rental and it posed no problem for Brandi who got me on my way in less than 15 minutes. Courteous staff, great location, and very reasonable rates!
