My trailer had no nighttime running lights the hook to latch. The door was broke so I could not secure $40,000 with her equipment since I had no running lights I had to purchase a hotel instead of driving straight through which costing me another $$300 my experience was very negative and all they do is credit me $50 after I paid for $70 insurance extra makes no sense to me. I’m not very happy.

CHRISTOPHER MThe location is nice, but it is all remote. The person that was there was not able to take the return truck for me.
JENNIFER SNo one was there, everything was done over the phone. No assistance hooking up the trailer, no safety check was performed. You are assuming tremendous liability with this location. I will never use them again.
