This was the worst rental ever. Two hours to issue the equipment and the a drop off location 35 miles away that no longer existed. Then I was charged an extra fee $50 because I was over mileage for taking it to a real location in rural Tennessee. Uhaul has fallen a long way.

This was a gas station, so there were plenty of normal customers vying for the assistance of the cashier who was also the rental agent. This location is also not in the best part of town, so I had to deal with quite a few homeless folks as I was trying to inspect and move the vehicle (they were milling about behind the vehicle creating a safety hazard). The vehicle wasn't terrible, but the digital display said 0% Oil Life, so that was either incorrect, or someone needs to maintain the truck.
Mark OPickup location is a gas station, and across the street is a low income housing complex. I did not feel safe here. I had to tell 2 people to leave me alone because they were begging for money. Street hookers & drug dealers hanging out in the parking lot at 10:00 AM. Clerk at the store had no idea what was going on or who I was to call. Horrible place.

MONQUELLE SThis location was terrible, it took over an hour and several calls to U-Haul for the store attendant to get me the keys. They had me talk on the phone with some one for a while. Felt very uncomfortable.
