First, have someone other than the gas station employee that calls someone on the phone and then hands it to you to complete the transaction. Second, get rid of the homeless guy that just sits there all day harassing people that are picking up and still there later dropping off a truck. Third, when I choose the location that I want to pick the truck up, don't reserve the truck at some run down, disgusting, bodega of a dump and then charge me by the mile to pick it up at a location that is outside of the 3 nearer uhaul locations that I pass on my way to pick up the vehicle.

The location was chaotic and very disorganized. The counter worker had me call another location on their personal phone to confirm the pickup even though I have completed everything on the Uhaul app. I wasn't sure everything was even right for a while. I just wanted to get the truck and leave as quickly as possible.
Martin SI reserved a furniture dolly and 6 furniture pads. The clerk helping me said there was no dolly but there was furniture pads. When I opened the door to the back of the truck there was a dolly but no furniture pads. I also did not receive the plastic couch cover I paid for when reserving my truck. The clerk at the pickup location could not speak very good English so there was a definite communication issue. And he had to get instructions from a Supervisor(?) over the phone.
Jill LI returned unit early. Was concerned that I didn't get a receipt for turning truck in. It all worked out as I got receipt on Friday mid day.
GREGORY CThe vehicle was extremely dirty. It took forever to get the keys so that I could begin packing up for my move. I absolutely would not rent from this location again.
