Worst pick up experience. Unsafe location.

Corneika FFirst, have someone other than the gas station employee that calls someone on the phone and then hands it to you to complete the transaction. Second, get rid of the homeless guy that just sits there all day harassing people that are picking up and still there later dropping off a truck. Third, when I choose the location that I want to pick the truck up, don't reserve the truck at some run down, disgusting, bodega of a dump and then charge me by the mile to pick it up at a location that is outside of the 3 nearer uhaul locations that I pass on my way to pick up the vehicle.
SHANE AThe location was chaotic and very disorganized. The counter worker had me call another location on their personal phone to confirm the pickup even though I have completed everything on the Uhaul app. I wasn't sure everything was even right for a while. I just wanted to get the truck and leave as quickly as possible.
