As I was traveling I got a toll charge and Uhaul states, "as a courtesy they will charge my card." This is unacceptable and quite invasive for a lack of a better word. Uhaul DOES NOT know my income source and what I'm in need of, therefore, has NO right to charge my card that was for the use of their equipment and I returned their equipment, NOT to pay off a toll ticket that they took upon themselves to pay with my card information. I will NOT be using Uhaul again if I can help it!! That's theft in my opinion and if it's in the contract the small print is pretty darn small and this wasn't their bill to pay how they wanted to choose. I move my money around for my use not Uhaul moving my money like I don't have other bills to pay!!! I'm beyond livid!!!!!
