Place is to small and no customer service. Looks bad for the U-Haul brand. First they expect you have to back in the trailer off a busy main hwy to drop trailer where the attends wanted it. Then they expect you to drop it in the exact location I literally had to move it over 1 foot all while the employee was just standing there not assisting in directions. Plus the employee didn’t even offer to help unhook it. I’ve rented from U-Haul many times and have never been in that situation. Usually always very helpful. Not this time at drop off. Was not pleased. Will never go back to them.
