Need to specify on app that the 2 additional people that you will contact for the rental are DIFFERENT than th people you’ve already listed as additional drivers. Very confusing!!

No personnel available. Drop off spot with key box outside of a Convenience store. The location was very accessible from the main road.
YOLANDA PDrop off needed more signage to let U-Haul customers know what to do. Parking was very tight for such a big truck.

Gene WIt was a horrible experience trying to used the mobile app to pick up the vehicle. Call customer service and they kept transferring me to different departments to assist. Took two hours to pick up a vehicle
