There was moldy bread in the can of the truck hidden behind the seat. Drop off was frustrating. They said they were open till 5, and we dropped off at 2:00, and no one was there. We used the QR code and left the keys in the drop box but the app wouldn't work so we couldn't take pictures of the speedometer, or anything. We called and got their messaging service line and they said we would get a call back, and never did.

Very Friendly & helpful gentleman. Went out of his way to help me. Calling & making reservations did not work very well. But this guy at this location helped me out & took care of it. He's awesome.

CLINTON BI made my reservation for this location which was an hour from my home (my home is in rural UT). They called me in the morning to tell me the "truck and trailer were ready". I mentioned that we lived an hour away and would not be there until late in the afternoon, but surely before closing time. When we arrived, at 4pm, they had cancelled our reservation and put away our equipment because they "thought we weren't coming". So we had to start completely from scratch as though we had never contacted the location. This was a long delay and an added frustration. Not to mention the trailer had dirt/sand in it that had not been cleaned by the previous client.
