I made my reservation for this location which was an hour from my home (my home is in rural UT). They called me in the morning to tell me the "truck and trailer were ready". I mentioned that we lived an hour away and would not be there until late in the afternoon, but surely before closing time. When we arrived, at 4pm, they had cancelled our reservation and put away our equipment because they "thought we weren't coming". So we had to start completely from scratch as though we had never contacted the location. This was a long delay and an added frustration. Not to mention the trailer had dirt/sand in it that had not been cleaned by the previous client.
