It was closed but do off was easy
MITCHELL AI dropped it off in the afternoon during business hours. U-Haul rep was not there. I picked up boxes from my previous location and wanted to give them back to u-haul. I left them there in the truck since none was there to ask where they wanted them. They charged me a cleaning fee when they decided to show back up to work… I’m in happy about it.
KYLE MPer the U Haul instructions, we were supposed to call a phone number listed on invoice once we dropped off the truck. We dropped it off around 4 pm the day before it was due. When I called the number, the voicemail was full. I left the truck, put keys in the Mail Drop and took pictures for “proof of delivery”. They did have a sign lit that said they were open, but the office was locked and no internal lights were on.
JANA MSo I was getting a low pressure warning on a tire when I picked it up. The place where I got it said the U-Haul maintenance man told him the tires where fine and it is a computer glitch. Well that was certainly not the case. The tire in question had only 40 lbs in it when I checked. The other 3 had 70 and it calls for 80. I had to drag my compressor out it the morning and fill the tire. Not good!! The authorized dealer was Sand Mountain in Hurricane UT. They were very nice and accommodating. Also the fuel meter is bogus. Unless you are going down hill with your foot off the gas it is pinned in the red.
