The location and business were great. I had reserved equipment from a uhaul location in St. George and there was nothing so I had to drive to Hurricane to pick up the trailer.

LAZELL PThe check out of the truck was very irritating. Had to make 3 phone calls just to get information. Then had to take pictures. Truck bounced down the road. Needs front end work. Then when I checked it in had to take more pictures. They changed the pickup location but never connected me about the new location. Had to travel 10 more miles and was charged for the mileage. That is not right.
