Business operations were listed as 9 AM to 6 PM. I booked the reservation online two weeks prior for a 5 PM pick-up. A few minutes before my pick-up time, I get a text telling me he can't be there until 6:30. I am already en route, so when I get there, I call. No answer. He calls back a few minutes later and tells me to just hook up the trailer and take it, and he'll work things out later. Odd... but whatever. I didn't have time to wait 90 minutes. On the return, it was a similar experience. I sent a text to ensure he would be present. No reply to my text. I returned it within business hours, but no one was there. I tried to call, but got a text "I'll call you later". No call... no reply. I just un-hooked the trailer and left it there. I took a photo and sent it as evidence for the on-time return. VERY unprofessional.
