Make sure the appointment time is honored. I had a 9am appointment time at the location. Once I arrived I went inside ro let the clerk know that I had a reservation and he stated he didn't have access to the program. He stated he had called the manager 4 times to gain access with no luck in reaching him. I called uhaul directly and explained my situation. The associate that assisted me was very nice and caring about the dilemma. She stayed on the phone with me until we were able to complete the reservation. The 9am reservation time didn't happen it was approximately 10:30am when it was complete and I was pulling out of the parking lot. The truck and trailer was great but please remember time is money and my time is valuable.

I picked up the uhaul with cigarette ash and buds stuffed in red bull cans, a broken passenger window, and a broken gas cap. It also took an hour to get the uhaul because it wasn't approved for rotation.
