When we dropped off van the woman explained how we could have viewed mileage (not really helpful at this point) then we asked to compare starting mileage from paperwork and current mileage. She said we were within contract amount. We then got charged for extra mileage. Having a centralized customer service center does not work if completely disconnected from actual locations. I will find other options in future.

ARCHANGEL VI ordered a 26' truck and was informed the day before that the 26' was only available if we wanted to drive 60 miles to pick it up. The biggest available was 21'. I agreed hoping it would all fit. It didn't. I lost over 200.00 in furniture and personal belongings. I won't recommend U-Haul to anyone.
ADAM FUhaul had a leak in the back that caused rain water to get in and soak boxes & clothing
