The return experience was terrible. There was no place to turn in the keys. I waited over an hour and a half for a resolution of locking the key in the truck or turning it in on Monday which was not an option. The return address was 113 e Manchester, Los Angeles CA.

When I made the reservation the original address was changed to the Manchester location the day before to a gas station. However, that location was never notified of the pick up. So I fault the first location for the bad experience. The woman was excellent once we were connected.
