Although I made a reservation a month ago and got quote, they replaced my original cost to new one that was $60 more expansive. Moreover, when I complained it and.ask them to pay with original quote, they said “we are not going to give you Uhaul truck”. Luckily, a customer came in the store and helped me and the two staffs changed their attitude. Eventually, I paid with original cost. It was very inconvenient experience at the pick up place.

COLIN FNot having to drive over an hour to pick up a truck when I booked it for fhe town I live in and then being told its 49 ans I get charged 85 plus gas waa 45 and I literally moved a 3 min drive from my old house to new house...definitely not impressed at all

Mark FThe trailer is not equipped with a jack so I needed help connecting and disconnecting it from my truck. The running lights were not operational on the trailer. I wasn't using it at night but it could be a concern for someone needing to travel with it in the dark.
